Monthly Celebration

This idea is from my husband. Parang monthsary lang. More gastos more fun! Hahaha :D Kami naman nageenjoy sa handa ni baby. Anyway, it's our simple way of celebrating his existence in our life.

1st Month

My baby is asleep the entire picture taking. Hahaha :D di talaga siya nagising kahit anong gawin namen. Pinalitan pa siya ng damit niyan. Cake from Tous le Jours.

Gift:

It's a pair of onesie, mittens, and socks. One hat, two Avent pacifier, Dr. Brown pacifier clip and Tiny Buds Baby powder. We bought it in SM Megamall Department Store, particularly in Baby Company.

We also bought him his "pang-Pasalamat" see my post about Pasalamat. The blue checkered polo is quite big for him that time kaya bumili ako ng mas maliit pa.

2nd Month

We celebrated his 2nd month at day 15 because it's pay day and we didn't have enough money at day 13. Hahaha :D Critical wallet days. On the other hand, it's really hard to take photos with your baby. My husband is really not fond of taking so much pictures so here it is. Cake from Goldilocks.

Gift:

I bought a crib mobile by playgro. I found this in SM Megamall Baby Company section. The crib mobile is good for visual stimulation and developing motor skills. It also enhance the overall appearance of the crib. Imagine a nursery that did not consist of a baby mobile.

The terno sando and short was bought in BabySM Shop St. Francis Square for P80.00 each. I also bought 5 white sando for P40.00 each. Shirts and onesies are gifts from my cousin bought from Bugs and Kelly.

3rd Month

Celebrating my baby boy 3rd month. Cake from Goldilocks. This one is not that tasty as his cake from 2nd month. Though the design is very colorful and really intended for kids.

Finally, nakabili na din kame ng foam mattress para sa kanyang crib. We bought this from Mandaue Foam for less than 1K. Sulit na sulit diba? Customize na siya kasi hindi regular ang size ng crib ni baby so we have our own measurement plus 20% Sale sila that time kaya nakasulit kami. You can also choose your own kind of foam. For us we choose, Flex Premium para di siya lumulubog pero hindi din gaano katigas. Nagworry pa naman ako before na baka nasa 3-4K ang foam, especially kung customized. Malapit pa siya samen. Mandaue Foam is along Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong. My baby was now able to roll over in his new foam mattress.

4th Month

Yey! Time flies so fast and we celebrated his 4th month. Nadagdagan na din ang handa. Actually, every month we have roasted chicken di ko lang siya nasasama sa picture kasi nasa kabilang lamesa siya. The layered cake from Red Ribbon will look awesome kung maayos ang pagkakalagay ng sprinkle chocolates sa gilid. Di rin tuloy masiyadong napansin yung dedication message. It says "4 months ka na baby not-not! We ♥ you from Mama and Papa"

Wrist Rattle

Rompers

We bought wrist rattle because I read that rattles are good for 3 months and above. Medyo nalate nga lang ng bili pero happy na din ako na hindi ordinary rattle ang nabili namen. Nagagamit din namen siya pamporma kapag may lakad. We bought wrist rattle at SM Megamall Department Store.

Another one is romper. I bought them at BabySM Shop 2nd floor St. Francis Square. They cost 250 each. Not bad right?

5th Month

At this point ang hirap na niya kuhanan ng picture na may cake. Kasi inaabot niya at nagagalit siya pag di pinapaabot sa kaniya. Syempre masiyadong matamis ang cake kaya ayokong makaen niya ito. Sa sobrang hirap niyang makuhanan, kailangan kong lagyan ng flash ang camera. Sobrang puti niya tuloy. I love his 5th month cake. I bought it from Cake 2 Go. Nutty chocolate flavor for P570.

Gift:

As an early gift, I bought him puzzle mat para makapagpagulong gulong siya. Mas maluwag kasi ito kesa sa crib. Ang hirap kasi kapag nasa crib siya sobrang likot niya tapos di na siya kasya. I also bought him teethers again para may extra. All in all he have 5 teethers. All this items was bought from SM Baby Company. I will not recommend the new teethers that I bought kasi medyo matigas siya and hindi bet ni baby. Medyo nasalestalk ako kasi 3 teether for P140. If you're planning to buy a teether please choose yung mas malambot parang jelly. Don't mind the price kasi sayang lang din yung mura pero di naman niya ginagamit diba?

Another gift we bought is walker. I know it's too early for him but my baby loves to walk. Yes, di namen siya mapigilan minsan kasi maglilikot siya para makababa kapag karga tapos kapag binaba mo kelangan ilalakad mo siya kundi magagalit siya. So to make our lives easier my husband bought a walker from Lazada.

We bought this walker for P1,500. I recommend Lazada because of fast transaction and you can make a payment through Cash on Delivery which is very convenient. My husband ordered this walker on October 14 and we receive it on 15th. That's 1 day. Ang instruction samen, 7-8 weeks and our expected date is October 23rd so medyo nagulat kame nung dumating na yung order namen. I really recommend it but you need to be wise to when choosing the product. Check reviews or if a must, make some research to make sure na sulit ang babayaran mo. So far, wala pa naman akong bad review sa walker ni baby.
