Family Getaway at Perez White Beach Calatagan Batangas

When my mom's friend saw our pictures at Stilts Beach Resort, she invited us to visit their place in Calatagan Batangas.

Halos magkapitbahay lang sila ni Stilts. Unlike with the previous resort, this place is a bit small at konti lang ang mga cottages. I believe they have a total of 5 cottages.

For amenities and recreation, they have karaoke for rent and volleyball area. The owner is really accommodating. She was able to provide most of the things we need.

This is our home for that day. It has 2 beds, 1 sofabed, and 1 foam mattress. I think 10 people can fit here. Air-conditioned room and pillows are provided. Pero konti lang ang mga unan, so I suggest bring your own pillows and blanket.

For me okay yung room. Mabilis lumamig yung AC. Sana may pinto yung bedroom for more privacy. Hopefully they add kahit mini closet or divider for bags and clothes. Also a small locker for our valuable things like wallet and cellphone. Dahil di mo naman siya dadalhin sa beach. Though wala namang nawalan samen, but you'll never know.

This is the other cottage we rented. No aircon, electric fan lang and 1 bedroom. Pero malawak yung parang receiving area ng nipa hut so pwede kang maglatag ng foam or kahit banig.

Another cottage na nirent namen. Dito lahat ng pagkain namen. They have this long table and for me enough naman yung mga upuan nila. Okay din yung karaoke nila kasi updated yung mga kanta.

Duyan para sa pusong kelangan ng masasandalan. Charot!

O diba ang dami namen at ang saya namen habang kumakaen. Messy table don't care and peg namen.

Isa din ito sa mga cottage na pinaparent nila. Not sure kung aircon room siya pero perfect for big families. Sa tapat neto pwede kang maglaro ng kahit anong game. Pwedeng volleyball, football, or any outdoor games. So pwedeng pwede din siya for team building.

Yung sa beach naman, hindi siya ganun kalinis. Medyo madaming shells at corals sa pampang pero sa bandang malalim na part hindi na. Madami ding mga seaweeds. Natuwa lang ako nung may nakuha kameng mga starfish.

Nung bandang hapon naglowtide kaya ayan walang makapagswimming. Mga 10 pm nagstart maghigh tide at nagenjoy kami magswimming kinabukasan dahil medyo maalon.

Sayang lang at di ako nakapagpapicture nung sunset at sunrise dahil parehong tulog ako nung time na yun. Overall, okay naman yung overnight stay namen. Yung mga kasama namen eh mga kaibigan ng mama ko at enjoy na enjoy naman sila. What I liked is they allowed us to use the cottages earlier than expected time. Yung service okay na okay naman, needs some improvement lang sa mga cottages and especially sa beach kasi yun yung pinuntahan ng mga guests.

Pros:

• Good service and accommodating staff

• Unlimited use of karaoke (until 10 pm)

• 24 hours use of their cottage and apartment

• Unlike with Stilts, their beach has deeper parts

• Affordable and budget-friendly

• No corkage fee

Cons:

• Beach is a bit dirty, there are some small garbage floating on the water

• They only have 1 grill (which is a bit hassle if you have multiple guests who need to grill their food)

• No vault to keep your valuable things safe

• A bit hard to spot the place, though we didn't have any issue because my mom's friend brought us there

• No TV, Wifi and signal for most of the network carriers.
