Affordable Tagaytay Staycation

Hi mommies! Here's another staycation blog I'll be sharing with you. It's my husband's 31st birthday and we decided to celebrate it in Tagaytay. He actually requested it kaya ako naman todo hanap agad ng place to stay. Things I considered when looking for a place is the location, the value of money, kid-friendly and positive reviews.

We are a group of 5 adults 1 kid and since it's my husband's birthday so we will shoulder all the expenses. If you're familiar with booking, there are only several hotels which can accommodate 5 people in one room especially in hotels, plus it's very expensive. That's why I always look for alternative options.

I checked almost all of the hotels and for 3 days 2 nights accommodation, I will be spending around ₱10000-₱15000. For me that's expensive for just a place to stay. I actually don't need a fancy hotel with complete amenities. Just a comfortable room which can fit all of us, so my alternative option is airbnb. Airbnb has been my favorite booking site because it gives you variety of choices plus it's a rental place so it feels like home away from home.

This is my receipt from Airbnb. I booked the place for ₱4792.30 for 3 days and 2 nights good for 5 adults. Ang mura diba? Around ₱5982.30 talaga siya but I got a discount of ₱1,100 which I will share to you later pano makakuha. Let's have a look at the place.

The place can accommodate up to 6 person. It's a 1 bedroom air-conditioned studio type condo with 55" Smart TV Home Theater with Speaker, tv plus for local channels, free wifi, telephone for local calls, sofa bed, 2 beds (1 pull up bed), kitchen utensils, fridge, electric kettle, electric stove, shower heater and bidet.

Unlike with hotels, most likely when you're renting the place, toiletries, towels and other basic things are not provided which is really fine with me. So if you booked a place make sure you bring extra towels, your hygiene products, dish-washing liquid, extra blanket and even extra pillow.

My favorite part of the place is the balcony which has an overlooking view of the Taal lake. Perfect for sunrise while sipping a hot coffee.

Perfect for group picture as well.

Overall we are satisfied customers. We had just some minor issues but they really don't contribute that much during our stay. If you would like to book this place, click here.

Tips & Reminders:

• Bring your own toiletries or hygiene products
• Bring extra towels and blankets
• Parking fee is not included
Parking infront of towers is ₱40.00 for first 3 hours
₱70.00 on succeeding hours
Parking at club house has a flat rate of ₱100 for 24 hours
• I suggest if you need to park for less than 3 hours, park it in front of the towers
then buy something from any store like 7-11 and have your ticket validated.
It will be free of charge.
• Bring garbage bags and dish-washing liquid
• If you're a group, bring extensions to charge your gadgets. Room has few sockets.

  1. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation however I find this topic to be
actually something which I think I would never understand.

It seems too complex and very huge for me. I am taking a look forward for your next submit, I will attempt to get the dangle of it!
